- Accommodation
- All meals, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, tea, local beer and wine
- Guided water-based game viewing and birding

- Guided walks on Impalila Island, for Ichingo Chobe River Lodge guests only
- Road transfers to and from Kasane International Airport and Kasane Immigration Office located on the Botswana side of the Chobe River***
- Boat transfers between Kasane Immigration Office and Namibia Immigration Office located on the Namibian side of the Chobe River***
* Subject to availability of fishing boats. Please note fishing excursions are limited to 1 tank of fuel per boat per day

*** When arriving at the Kasane and Namibian Immigration Offices guests need to fill in the required immigration forms to gain access and departure permission from the relevant authorities. This process can take between 45 to 60 minutes to complete and needs to be considered in terms of timing and pre-planning.

- Premium alcoholic beverages (such as sparkling wine, spirits & dessert wines) and gratuities (discretionary)
- Additional transfers to/from Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia or any of the nearby Kasane lodges
- A land-based 4×4 game drive in Botswana’s Chobe National Park
- If you plan to engage in fly fishing during your visit, we recommend bringing your own gear, as we do not provide fly fishing equipment.
- Community development levy: The funds collected will supplement our community projects and initiatives run by the Zambezi Queen Collection to assist with education, health care and basic community services
  - Rates for 2024 are ZAR 100 per person per night
  - Rates for 2025 are ZAR 150 per person per night
- Please note fishing excursions are limited to 1 tank of fuel per boat per day
- We reserve the right to move guests between our properties should the minimum occupancy requirement not be met. We will refund guests the difference in rate if applicable.
- Not available in conjunction with another promotion and/or special rate

- Includes 15% Namibian VAT and 1% Namibian Tourism Levy
- 30% Single supplement is applicable
- The Community Development Levy will reflect as a separate line item on all invoices issued. Rates for 2023 are ZAR 90 per person per night
- Price is per person and based on 2 adults sharing in a double/twin room unless otherwise stated. No further discount is applicable for children on this special.
- Ichingo Chobe River Lodge accommodates children of all ages
- Children 0 to 3 years are accommodated on a complimentary basis when sharing with two adults
- Children aged 4 to 12 will receive a 50% discount on the applicable adult rate
- Children aged 13 and older are considered adults and will be charged the applicable adult rate
- A 30% single supplement applies to single children
- Ichingo Chobe River Lodge has 1 family tent which can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under. Family tent is subject to availability at time of booking
- Please note that no babysitting services or separate activities are available for children
PAYMENT TERMS
• Provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of 14 days, thereafter it will be automatically released
• Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservations within 7 days of issue
• The full balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require full prepayment at time of booking
• Subject to a 30% supplement for cabins occupied by one adult (limited availability per trip)

FIT (1-7 pax):

30% deposit is due within 7 days of invoice date

70% deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival

Group (8-26 pax):

10% deposit is due within 7 days of invoice date

A further 40% deposit is due within 120 days prior to arrival

50% balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival

Tour Series (Min. of 8 pax for 3+ trips per year):

10% deposit is due 180 days prior to arrival

A further 40% deposit is due within 120 days prior to arrival

50% balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only written cancellations will be accepted. An acknowledgement of the cancellation will be sent from the reservations department.

The Zambezi Queen Collection reserves the right to release bookings should payment not be received by the requested date.

Fit (1-7 pax):

30% of fee if cancellation is less than 90 days prior to arrival

100% of fee if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival

Group (8 – 26 pax) & Tour Series (Min. Of 8 pax For 3 + trips per year):

10% of fee if cancellation is less than 180 days prior to arrival

50% of fee if cancellation is less than 120 days prior to arrival

100% of fee if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival
